A big thank you to all the clients who made 2024 a fun, interesting and rewarding year! You also made it possible to give a Christmas gift of SEK 10,000 to charity again this year. This year the gift went to Power Up Ukraine, which buys small power stations and donates them to Ukrainians affected by Russia’s terror bombing of the energy infrastructure. Portable power stations keep the lights on and the heat flowing, which saves lives here in the middle of winter.
Previous recipients of the Christmas gift are Civil Rights Defenders 2023, the Swedish Cancer Society 2022, the open source project curl 2021, ”Källkritik, fake news och faktagranskning” (Source criticism, fake news and fact-checking) 2020, Open Knowledge Sweden 2019, Näthatsgranskaren (a Swedish organisation reporting online hate) 2018, Wikimedia Sweden 2017 and Musikhjälpen (a Swedish charity fundraising event) in Örebro 2016.
